FSociety Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping: Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. If a customer is unavailable to receive their order, we will attempt to contact them 2 more times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to FSociety again. Please note that opening the package is not permitted.
Exchange: Exchanges are accepted within 2 weeks of ordering date. The product and packaging must be in their original condition as received. Exchanges may take 2-4 business days to process. Customer pay for the Exchange fees (100 EGP)
Returns: Return requests must be made on the same day the order is received. The item will be returned to FSociety for inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customer pays for the return delivery. (100 EGP)
