Exchange: Exchanges are accepted within 2 weeks of ordering date. The product and packaging must be in their original condition as received. Exchanges may take 2-4 business days to process. Customer pay for the Exchange fees (100 EGP)
Returns: Return requests must be made on the same day the order is received. The item will be returned to FSociety for inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customer pays for the return delivery. (100 EGP)
